Record confirmed payment
Only record payments you have independently confirmed. Each paid order purchases one annual term. Reusing that order for the other devices does not add another year.
Issue device activation / renewal code
Codes expire after 30 days. The annual term starts when the first device activates. Renewal extends the existing term, or starts today if overdue. Other registered devices receive the renewed term when they verify online.
Suspend / replace a device
An offline device cannot be disabled remotely until it reconnects or its certificate expires. Suspending a device frees a slot; approve replacements only after checking this risk.
Recovery backup
Contains private signing keys and licence records. Store securely and never share with customers.
